1. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Member" or "User") and jqk ("Platform", "We"). This document governs your access to and use of the jqk website, mobile app, games, services, and all content provided under the jqk brand.

By clicking the "Register" or "Login" button, or by otherwise accessing any part of the jqk platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by this Agreement. This acceptance is complete and unconditional.

This Agreement shall be read together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which collectively form the complete terms governing the relationship between jqk and its members.

2. Member Eligibility

To register and use jqk's services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• You are at least 18 years of age or above — jqk enforces a strict zero-tolerance policy against underage gambling.
• You are an individual with full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.
• You are not prohibited or restricted by any local, national or international law from participating in online gambling activities.
• You register using your own accurate and valid personal information — registering on behalf of another person is not permitted.
• You have not previously had a jqk account closed or blocked due to fraud, terms violations or suspicious activity.

Jqk reserves the right to request age and identity verification at any stage. If you fail to provide satisfactory verification documents within the specified timeframe, jqk reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account.

3. Account Registration and Security Responsibilities

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) account only on the jqk platform. Owning multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all accounts involved and the forfeiture of any balances and winnings.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including your full name as shown on your ID, an active email address, a valid Malaysian mobile number, and any other information required for identity verification (KYC).

You are solely responsible for keeping your password and account login details confidential. jqk will never ask for your password via email, live chat or any other communication channel. If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact our support team immediately via the platform's live chat.

• Use a strong, unique password — a combination of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers and symbols.
• Never share your login details with anyone, including family members.
• Log out of your account after every session, especially on shared devices.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) through your account security settings for added protection.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Policy

Jqk supports a wide range of popular payment methods in Malaysia, including DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost and GrabPay. Minimum deposit is RM30 and all transactions are processed through secure, integrated payment channels.

All deposits and withdrawals must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. jqk does not accept third-party payments and reserves the right to reject or return any deposit that does not comply with this requirement.

For withdrawals, the following conditions apply:

• Withdrawals can only be processed once your identity verification (KYC) has been fully completed.
• The minimum withdrawal is RM50 per transaction.
• Approved withdrawal requests will be processed within the specified timeframe depending on the selected payment method.
• Jqk reserves the right to request additional documentation for any withdrawal exceeding certain limits as a security measure.
• Winnings earned through bonuses are subject to the wagering requirement specified in the relevant bonus terms.

5. Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

Jqk offers a wide range of bonuses and promotions to its members, including welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, weekly cashback, reload bonuses and an exclusive VIP programme. Each promotion has its own terms and conditions, clearly stated on the relevant promotion page.

The general terms applicable to all jqk bonuses are as follows:

• Each bonus may only be claimed once unless stated otherwise in the relevant promotion terms.
• Bonuses cannot be directly converted to cash — they must first meet the specified wagering requirements.
• The wagering requirement refers to the number of times the bonus value must be wagered before a withdrawal is permitted.
• Jqk reserves the right to void bonuses and associated wins if abuse or attempts to circumvent wagering requirements are detected.
• Unused bonuses will expire in accordance with the expiry date stated in the relevant promotion's terms.

6. Game Rules and Prohibited Conduct

All games on the jqk platform use a Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been independently verified by recognized international auditing bodies. The outcome of all games is final and cannot be disputed except in the case of a proven technical error.

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure along with forfeiture of all balances and wins:

• Use of automation software, bots, scripts, or any other tools to play games.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs or system vulnerabilities for unauthorized gain.
• Collusion between multiple players to manipulate the outcome of poker or other games.
• Use of betting strategies specifically designed to minimize risk while fulfilling bonus wagering requirements.
• Any form of money laundering through the jqk platform.
• Providing false information during registration or the identity verification process.

Jqk employs an advanced monitoring system to detect and investigate suspicious activity. We cooperate with relevant authorities when required.

7. Player Responsibilities and Responsible Gaming

Jqk believes gambling should be a form of entertainment, not a source of income or a way to resolve financial difficulties. We are committed to promoting responsible gaming practices among all our members.

As a jqk member, you are responsible for:

• Setting personal spending limits and sticking to them without exception.
• Using the limit management tools provided by jqk, including deposit limits, loss limits, and session time limits.
• Ending your gaming session when you start feeling stressed, angry, or not thinking clearly.

If you need assistance with a gambling problem, jqk provides a self-exclusion option that can be activated through your account settings. Once activated, self-exclusion is final for the specified period and cannot be reversed early.

8. Account Closure and Suspension

Jqk reserves the right to suspend or terminate any member's account at any time, with or without prior notice, for the following reasons:

• Violation of any part of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected or proven fraud, criminal activity, or money laundering.
• Ownership of multiple accounts.
• Failure to submit the required identity verification documents.
• Account closure request by the member themselves.

If your account is closed due to a terms violation, jqk reserves the right to forfeit all balances, bonuses and wins held in that account. Conversely, if the closure is at your own request or at jqk's discretion without any violation, valid balances will be returned to you once all reviews are complete.

9. Liability Limits and Disclaimer

The jqk platform is provided on an "as-is" basis. While we continually strive to ensure the platform runs smoothly and without interruption, jqk makes no guarantee that our services will be free from technical errors, disruptions, or system downtime at all times.

Jqk shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential loss or damage arising from:

• Service disruptions or system downtime beyond our control.
• Unfavorable game outcomes — gambling involves financial risk that must be borne solely by the player.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own failure to keep your password confidential.
• Technical incompatibility between your device and the jqk platform.
• Transaction processing delays caused by third parties such as banks or payment processors.

Jqk's maximum liability under any circumstances shall not exceed the total amount you have deposited in the 30 days prior to the relevant claim.

10. Amendments to Terms, Applicable Law and Contact Us

Jqk reserves the right to amend, update or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes take effect immediately upon publication on this website. We will endeavour to provide advance notice via email or in-platform notifications for significant changes, though this is not an absolute obligation.

This Agreement is governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from or in connection with this Agreement shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation before being brought before any appropriate dispute resolution forum.
